It is important to us that all vendor booths are clean, weather-resilient, and fit the fair aesthetic. Bright colors, lights, branded banners, and decorum are not only highly encouraged, but also instrumental in the success of your business with us. All vendors must provide a photo of their set-up at other events in order to even be considered by fair vendor management.
Load-in/load-out dates will depend on your spot zone and your own schedule. You can expect these dates to fall up to 4 days before opening date (Feb 29).
It has been recorded that 200,000 guests visit us throughout the duration of the Central Florida Fair.
ALL vendors must be set up and operating during open hours of the fair forALL 11 days, no exceptions.
